The calm is there because despite the proximity of shops, it feels like being in the heart of nature.

Even better than shown on the photos! We just returned from our two weeks vacation in this wonderful location. The villa was clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden is huge and the pool simply outstanding. A place to enjoy the nature and relax. Everything is extremely well maintained. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly, even though our French language skills are very poor... Really good bakery is close by and the beautiful centre of Porto Vecchio just a nice short walk away. We can highly recommend the place and would definitively go there again!

Ruhige Wohnanlage lädt zum Entspannen ein

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Joel sehr genossen, da es uns an nichts gefehlt hat.*Anlage*Die Wohnanlage besteht aus 4 Wohneinheiten welche einen großzügigen Garten mit Pool teilen. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und es gibt genügend Liegeplätze. Uns hat am besten die Ruhe am Pool und in der Anlage selbst gefallen. Liegt natürlich auch an den anderen Gästen die zeitgleich vor Ort sind. *Wohnung*Die Wohnungen sind alle zweistöckig und haben entweder 2 oder 3 Schlafzimmer. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und es gibt Rolläden mit denen man vor allem tagsüber die Fenster verdunkeln kann. Wir haben den großzügigen Platz auch auf der Terasse sehr geschätzt. Die Terassen haben alle eine Markise und zeigen in den Garten. Alle Wohnungen haben auf der Terasse einen gemauerten Holzkohlegrill inkl. Zubehör (Holzkohle Eimer für Asche). Die Waschmaschine steht in einer Abstellkammer und wurde von uns mehrfach genutzt. Bei Ankunft hat uns besonders die sehr saubere Wohnung direkt angesprochen. Auch die Einrichtung ist stimmig und geschmackvoll. Kurze Wege da das Auto direkt vor der Wohnungstür steht, was bei Einkäufen hilfreich ist.*Lage*Zur Innenstadt nach Porto Vecchio ca. 20 min Fußweg. Kostenloser Pendelbus hält direkt an der Straße, fährt bis ca. 20 Uhr. Zu den schönen Stränden Palombaggia, Pinarellu, St. Guilia sind es jeweils nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch in die Bere ist es nicht weit.Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub in toller Lage. Wir kommen wieder.

Magnifique séjour à Porto Vecchio

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances.Du début à la fin tout était parfait :Accueil très agréable ( le propriétaire Jean Noël est une personne très sympathique )Le lieu superbe tout comme le logement ( Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions à l'arrivée : dosettes de café, biscuits glaçons déjà prêts ,apéritif au frigo ...)Que dire de la piscine : magique avec une eau très douce qui a fait notre bonheur lors de nos retours des plages des environs ( toutes à moins de 30 min ) Une chose est certaine : nous reviendrons et nous n'attendrons plus aussi longtemps pour revenir en Corse

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Lokation

Tolles Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool

Wir wurden von Jean-Noël sehr herzlich empfangen. Er ging flexibel auf unsere Wünsche ein und war sehr freundlich. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und super ausgestattet (auch die Küche). Alles war sehr sauber. Der beheizte Pool und der wunderschön gepflegte Garten drumherum waren ein Traum. Zum Bäcker waren es nur 5 min zu Fuß. Dort gibt es bei Bedarf auch ein Ärztehaus mit Apotheke. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Dans une residence de 6 maisons donnant sur la piscine commune sans vis à vis. La maison sur un étage est fonctionnelle. La description dans l'annonce est véridique. Le calme parfait nous avons apprécié. A 900 mètres du centre de Porto vecchio parfait.
