Médiocre

Mobilier extérieur tout rouillé et table toute petite pour 4 personnes. Dans la buanderie des oreillers et couettes sales sont stockés et l'étendage à linge est également totalement rouillé. Concernant les couverts, ils sont insuffisants et aussi rouillés. Le ménage à l'arrivée laisse à désiré car présence de document du précèdent locataire et barrettes à cheveux sur le sol et bonde de fonds de la douche bouchée par des cheveux donc obligé de la nettoyer. Piscine sale et hors service.

La résidence est à 10 mn du centre ville, propre et calme. Belle et grande piscine. Jolie terrasse qui mériterait néanmoins une vraie table de jardin afin de pouvoir y manger. Les couverts sont à changer car vétustes. Et un étendoir est à prévoir. Mais cela n'a pas entaché notre séjour.

Très bel appartement, bien aménagé mais mal disposé et mal conçu. Une grande baie vitrée sur terrasse, une petite pièce à suivre, une petite baie vitrée et la chambre studio avec cuisine et salon derrière. Donc on a la lumière toute la journée dans cette pièce. Dommage .... Un grand lit, une belle salle de bain, une cuisine bar.....très beau standing. Une très grande piscine au bas de l'immeuble.
