The Palazzu is composed of two buildings: the Bastion (lower part) and the Castle (upper part). Residence "Le Palazzu", built in 2016. 48 apartments in the residence. On the outskirts Porto-Vecchio, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 8 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: air conditioning. Steep motor access (via unmade road). Parking. Shop 1 km, grocery 400 m, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 230 m, sandy beach 8 km. Résidence bien située et calme.

La résidence est à 10 mn du centre ville, propre et calme. Belle et grande piscine. Jolie terrasse qui mériterait néanmoins une vraie table de jardin afin de pouvoir y manger. Les couverts sont à changer car vétustes. Et un étendoir est à prévoir. Mais cela n'a pas entaché notre séjour.

Très bel appartement, bien aménagé mais mal disposé et mal conçu. Une grande baie vitrée sur terrasse, une petite pièce à suivre, une petite baie vitrée et la chambre studio avec cuisine et salon derrière. Donc on a la lumière toute la journée dans cette pièce. Dommage .... Un grand lit, une belle salle de bain, une cuisine bar.....très beau standing. Une très grande piscine au bas de l'immeuble.
