Ótimo hotel, ótimos apartamentos

Tive uma ótima estadia, o hotel no geral é muito bom, funcionários bem educados, apartamentos em bom estado e boa estrutura. Únicos poréns, na minha opinião, são: apesar de bem localizado, parte da rua não é pavimentada e estava muito esburacada; o sinal de internet não abrange toda a área do hotel, no meu quarto por exemplo o sinal era muito fraco; eu não tive problemas com isso mas não há para todos os carros no interior do hotel. Devo voltar em breve e recomendo.

Muito bom!

Gostei. Surpresa muito agradável quanto ao chalé, que é novo, muito bem cuidado, com ar condicionado até na sala/cozinha. Senti falta de tv nos quartos, o que obriga a toda a família (estávamos em 5 pessoas) a assistir a uma única programação na sala. As piscinas também bem tratadas e conservadas, porém o bar da piscina não funciona, assim como o restaurante da pousada, que só funciona para o café da manhã. O estacionamento não tem vaga para todos os carros se a pousada estiver na lotação acima de 50% (acredito). Minha boa avaliação deve-se ao fato de estar localizada muito próxima de vários pontos de interesse como mercado, farmácias, barracas famosas em Porto Seguro (Toa Toa, Axé Moi etc). Também pelo fato de serem instalações novas (aprox 2 anos).

Pior hotel que já fiquei, primeiro que no site não avisava que não havia ar condicionado nos quartos, era ventilador, passamos uma noite sem lençol por que a lavanderia não tinha entregado, limpeza nunca existiu lá, e ainda tem um negócio de cobrar energia se vc ultrapassa-se o limite, pagamos caro por uma coisa que não valeu a pena!

Aventura familiar

estive três dias, gostei muito da recepção e atendimento a nós dispensados, fomos com uma filha e gostamos de tudo, só um dia esqueceram de limpar o quarto, mas como não somos bagunceiros, foi tudo bem. Acho que eles deveriam trocar as toalhas diariamente!

Bom hotel e péssimo restaurante (café da manhã)

O atendimento prestado pela equipe do restaurante é decepcionante. Você se sente constrangido diante de funcionários tão mau educados e tão mau treinados e orientados. No mais o hotel está bem localizado, possui um ambiente agradável e excelente para ir com a família.

fui bem recepcionado, o quarto na realidade e um kitnet. montada, cozinha. geladeira. sala. varanda. lugar muito bonito e agradável, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos, café da manha maravilhoso, sem contar com a piscina que é ótima. só não gostei muito dos momentos noturno À noite, no apartamento de cima parece que morava alguém que se arrastava e pisava forte a noite toda. ficava limpando plena madrugada, isto incomodava muito o sono. então indico quando fo alugar pedir para ficar no ap. de cima. e o estacionamento no lado de fora. isto e complicado também. mas foi ótimo tirando isto.

O Hotel é muito ruim,parece um motel,a limpeza e feita a cada dois dias...uma vez tive q ir na portaria pois tinha acabado o papel higienico..olhem o absurdo...eles limpam os quartos dia sim dia nao...meso assim fiquei 7 dias e por q vez deixaram de limpar o quarto por dois dias..enfim..o quarto tinha mofo..espirrei os 7 dias em que estive la...o hotel é afastado da praia quase 1 km....ou seja se n alugar um carro,vai andar muito...nao vale a pena este hotel,pague um pouco mais e vá para um hotel decente....outra coisa pífia era a internet...parecia ser pior q discada...enfim...nao gostei de nada do hotel..

bom custo benefício

Local interessante para famílias com crianças. Ampla área interna, piscina Grande. Uma caminhada até a praia. No Google maps o hotel aparece no Centro mas na verdade fica a uns 10 km litoral Norte. Minha esposa não gostou do cheiro da madeira, que é utilizada na estrutura, no teto,na mobília.... construção robusta, mármore em escadas.

Chegamos la com 2 familias paguei a vista no cartao pela hoteis.com o hotel nos colocou as duas famílias em um quarto quádruplo p 2 familias de 8 pessoas sendo que pagamos p ficar separados cada familia ou informaram que se ficassemos em outros quartos teriamos que sair p outro hotel uma falta de respeito.

Foi perfeita a escolha. O pessoal do hotel é bastante acolhedor e prestativo, solucionando de pronto a todos os pedidos que fazíamos. Acomodações excelentes, bom café da manhã. Foi oferecido ótimo rodizio de pizza acompanhado por uma bela apresentação de um músico local. O italiano que cuidou das pizzas (um dos sócios do Village), João da recepção, e todos os outros, pessoal muito bom. Caso tenha oportunidade de voltar a Porto Seguro, será muito bom me hospedar novamente no Village Capoeira.

El espacio es muy lindo, agradable y pintoresco. Esta ubicado a unas 7 cuadras de la playa. Habia shows algunas noches, lo que le generaba un buen ambiente para estar luego de la tarde en la playa. Lo unico un poco negativo es el servicio. La habitacion que pedimos no correspondia con la que decia en el contrato, por lo cual uno (eramos dos personas) tuvo que dormir en un sofa cama no del todo confortante. Aparte de eso todo perfecto. Es un lugar apto para la familia en general. El servicio en el restaurante interno es impecable. En especial, la atencion que brindan el cocinero y el mozo. Muy agradables para charlar y recomendaciones. Saludos para los italianos Nazareno y Frederico.
