Overpriced, 2 star hotel.

The hotel has a very nice pool side and that was the main reason why we have stayed over in the hotel during the last two years. This year during the Carnaval. The hotel staff do their job, but absolutely nothing more, nothing extra for you. Change of rooms is impossible, even when there is availability. It was rather noizy in the morning so sleeping over 08:00 was not possible.The cleaning during the period was rather poor.

Férias em família.

Chegamos no hotel as 13:30, o quarto foi liberado as 14:25 (check-in seria as 14:00). O quarto 123 tinha boas instalações, com uma varandinha em frente a area da piscina. A limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, pois somente as camas eram arrumadas e o Chao ficava sujo. O hotel tem boa estrutura, espaço kids , boa piscina e area de bar. O café da manhã é bem simples e repetitivo. Os funcionários bem respectivos e educados. A localização é excelente, próxima a supermercado, restaurantes, loja conveniência e frente a praia. A acústica do hotel não é boa, podendo ouvir barulhos de outros quartos. É uma boa opção para se hospedar.

Estadia tranquila e gostosa

Passamos dias maravilhosos no hotel sarana, piscina ampla e limpa todos os dias, café da manhã satisfatório pro valor que pagamos na estádia. Único ponto negativo no quarto é a falta de tomadas ao lado da cama e a qualidade da imagem na televisão. Fora isso não tivemos maiores problemas.

Decepcionante

O hotel e bom, porém algumas informações não condizem. Não há hidromassagem na piscina infantil ; Café da manhã básico (uma semana hospedado e não havia queijo Minas em nenhum dia; iogurte apenas um sabor e só um dia da semana; o chef da cozinha me disse que não poderia ficar de sunga pra tomar café da manhã - mesmo estando seco -; pão de queijo raridade... Somente o básico mesmo. Suco de laranja ou caju somente um dia da semana; conferem diariamente o seu frigobar e vc não pode sob hipótese de pagar uma multa tirar os produtos que eles disponibilizam no frigobar para colocar algo para seus filhos (ex. Tive que tirar cerveja,.refrigerante.e.agua para colocar iogurte, geleia, achocolatado e água para meu filho) na conferência alegaram que eu consumi e tive que explicar na recepção que só através de um gerente que não sei quem e, foi resolvido) não volto há hotéis melhores

Bom, para começar eu não poderia deixar de falar do café da manhã. Terrível, a nível de restaurante de beira de estrada. Pelas avaliações negativas que li a respeito, me parece que eles não tem interesse nenhum em mudar nada, não dando a mínima atenção as sugestões e reclamações, ora expostas pelos seus clientes. So temos a lamentar. Outro detalhe que me incomodou muito durante a minha hospedagem, foi o barulho realizado pelas camareiras que começava em torno das 7 horas da manhã seu trabalho. Vale lembrar que a acústica do hotel e horrorosa, qualquer barulho ecoa dentro do seu apto. O restante, ocorreu dentro dos trâmites normais.
