"Found room with no closet, not towels, no toilet paper, no soap , no shampoo. No external signs or anything to show as business. Daily rate may look affordable for USA tourist, however even foe Brazilian standard this place would be overpriced for the quality offered."

"The property is fairly ne,w only 3 months old at this time, so here's a quick feedback: Wi-Fi on the 6th is very poor, no instructions on how to turn on the AC in the room (it looks on, but you have to really look), Hot Water was not working at night, the area around the swiming pool is very splipery, and no warning signs around the pool so people won't climb around glass wall. Besides that, it's a great place to stay with your family and friends. "

Nosso quarto era bem limpo, com ótimas roupas de cama, ar condicionado, tv, frigobar e muito confortável. O café da manhã excelente muito variado e fresco. Otima localização, próximo as praias da Massaguaçu, Cocanha e Mococa. Recomendo a estadia. Agradeço a atenção é voltariamos com certeza!"

Porta do banheiro raspa no chão , móvel dificultando fechar, gaveta quebrada. A é mesa torta pois a perna quebrada meio solta, piso manchado, não tem cabides. Só gostaria de ressaltar que eu fiquei num quarto bom o problema é que ele era virado para a avenida movimentada que passa por traz então o barulho incomoda um pouco mais fora isso um exelente hotel, bem localizado e fácil acesso. "Our unit had a loose toilet and a very noisy AC unit (clearly broken not noisy from its design) They moved us into an upgraded unit for free to fix the problem, so everything was good."

"This hotel is located by an amazing flat beach with very soft sand and warm clean water. The personel of the hotel is very helpful, and the spa has an excellent massage therapist providing amazing treatments."
