"The property is fairly ne,w only 3 months old at this time, so here's a quick feedback: Wi-Fi on the 6th is very poor, no instructions on how to turn on the AC in the room (it looks on, but you have to really look), Hot Water was not working at night, the area around the swiming pool is very splipery, and no warning signs around the pool so people won't climb around glass wall. Besides that, it's a great place to stay with your family and friends. "

"A pousada é muito aconchegante, com uma bonita decoração, fomos bem atendidos pela equipe, foram muito atenciosas estão de parabéns. Nosso quarto era bem limpo, com ótimas roupas de cama, ar condicionado, tv, frigobar e muito confortável. O café da manhã excelente muito variado e fresco. Otima localização, próximo as praias da Massaguaçu, Cocanha e Mococa. Recomendo a estadia. Agradeço a atenção é voltariamos com certeza!"

Porta do banheiro raspa no chão , móvel dificultando fechar, gaveta quebrada. A é mesa torta pois a perna quebrada meio solta, piso manchado, não tem cabides. Cama de casal com 2 cobertores de solteiro, com cheiro de usado. Esse quarto que segundo informaram, era a reserva. Teto feio, parece que tudo q estava quebrado foi colocado lá. Em relação a...

"Staff is very friendly, breakfast is delicious, and the hotel location is fantastic. I only wish they offered free water to the guests. I mean, the guests have to buy bottled water. "

"I am surprised this place is only 1 star, I would say it's a 3 star really. Being really picky but the telly in the room could of been bigger. I guess what should be included is a mosquito net, the mosquitoes on this island are savage. I had bites on bites. I was bathing in mosquito repellent and still was getting bitten."

"Our unit had a loose toilet and a very noisy AC unit (clearly broken not noisy from its design) They moved us into an upgraded unit for free to fix the problem, so everything was good."

"This hotel is located by an amazing flat beach with very soft sand and warm clean water. The personel of the hotel is very helpful, and the spa has an excellent massage therapist providing amazing treatments."
