We had a good stay in the apartment. It was very clean and in an excellent location. Only minor issue was that the bed mattress wasn't great so you could feel ridges in it. Also the pillow was full of chunky bits of memory foam (or something like that) which wasn't at all comfortable. I contacted the property about this and they did bring a new pillow but it was very similar. Overall though we still really enjoyed our stay.

Spot Apartments right across Trindade metro, so super convenient commute to /from the airport! Staff was great! Breakfast very good. Close to most of Porto’s places to see, and very close to night time bar and dining options.

Nice stay - disappointing breakfast

Nice stay in this really well located aparthotel. The apartment was nice and clean but a bit noisy. Very friendly staff. Only the breakfast was very disappointing with basic and cheap food.

Excellent choice for families in central Porto

Spacious, clean suite with 2 rooms and a pull-out (suits family with 2 teenagers). In a safe area, within walking distance to main sights. Supermarket and coffee shops close by. Breakfast was decent. Staff were excellent, going out of their way to assist with a lost item. Thoroughly recommend.

What an amazing property. We arrived early morning and they stored our luggage and also allowed us to use their common facility to get organized for the day. The staff are so polite and courteous. The apartment was clean. We are 5 people, it had everything we need for our short stay.

Friendliest staff I have ever met Incredibly quiet 3 A/C units is amazing Late breakfast and checkout is very accommodating Very spacious Baby crib was fantastic Baby chair for the breakfast was fantastic Location is perfect - Elevator too small for a stroller. I had to fold it. - Mattresses are not the best, I could feel the coils and it made my back sore.

Our stay at the Spot overall was great. The staff was really nice and friendly from the beginning, especially during our check-in and check-out, and also during breakfast time (btw delicious and comolete). Location was just than perfect, within walking distance to places we wanted to go but also to be picked up and dropped off by Uber when needed. The apartment was just perfect and what we needed, spacious and very cozy, with all things we needed. The only thing we did not like and I must say is the reason why we are not giving it a five star rating is because the apartment where we were located, the lounge was open until 5:30 pm, which gave us limited time or basically cut our itinerary one way or the other, to retrieve our bags during check-in or check-out. Though we are informed if any issue, we could contact a number 24 hours, we did not get any response from the number we were given when we had an issue with the A/C. Which it ended up being more an issue of a remote control setting that would not turn on/off the A/C because there was no specific instructions about how to do it, until I figured it out that it was by pressing the “mode” button several times rather than the on/off button on the remote. Another issue we had was that for some reason, there were mosquitoes, and we’re not able to keep the windows open while there to get some fresh air. Other than the issues mentioned above, I must say I would not have any problem going back to the Spot Apartment at all!

Spots apartment is in a good location, just across on of the main stations (Trindade). We didnt really used public transport as the property is near the tourist spots, the city is highly walkable so make sure you wear comfy shoes. The room we got was big, 2 rooms (1 double bed and 1 with single) and a double sofabed in the living room. It is clean and quiet with good supply of toilet rolls and handsoaps and bodywash and shampoo. There’s a big fridge, full kitchen with utensils if you think of cooking. Which btw there is a supermarket just 3 mins walk. We opted for an airport transfer when we arrived, you can ask for details if you need it. Uber is available in the city too. There is a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome the group.
