I had a great time at Hotel Porto Rico and would come again!!!Its no Luxus but Its ok for simple traveler!The staff was friendly and helpful.On Weekend its noisy outside.You need good earplugs!Everthing is clean!Short walks to the Bridge!Obrigada!

We were directed to a serviced apartment in an adjoining street rather than the main hotel building. This actually had advantages. It was spacious & had a washing machine & microwave.

First of, even though the hotel is on one street, we were shown our rooms at another building about 100 meters away. It was an apart hotel, so had everything from a dishwasher to a fully stocked kitchen. But it was also right next to a club, so wasn't quiet. The bottom floor rooms which there are two of, are especially loud since the door to the hotel is missing two windows.

I was very disappointed. The property was a block away from the actual reception area and they require the key be brought back anytime you leave. The towels were old and stained, the pillows were old and stained, the property was in less than acceptable condition.

BEWARE!! Before you book a reservation at this location, it is not a hotel. This consists of 2 apartment buildings that are labeled as “hotels”. My family and I arrived and were required to pay on site. Upon paying, we were told that parking was an extra 25 euros per day and they might not able to accommodate my vehicle for two days. They stated their garage was full despite offering parking on their booking. We were then taken to a building about 2 blocks away which we were told is where our “room” was. Outside of said building, there were individuals smoking marijuana and there are a series of restaurants and bars near the entrance. The entrance to the building was not secure. Upon entering the building to go to our room, we had to walk up 10 flights of stairs as there was no elevator. We entered the room which had an odd smell. The beds and pillows were not sterilized. One of the pillows had sweat stains and the bed appeared appeared as if someone had slept in it. In the bathroom, there weren’t many towels nor soaps aside from hand soap. This was an apartment that was being advertised as a hotel. There was no safety deposit box, coffee nor refreshments in the refrigerator. Upon returning from dinner, the restaurant next door had placed all their tables and chairs inside of the apartment lobby. We decided to leave and the owner refused to give us a refund, ignored all calls/emails from expedia and is falsely advertising this as a hotel. Do not stay here and get scammed.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel. Nous avons été emmené à 100 mètres de l’hôtel, dans un petit studio propre et tout équipé. Un emplacement idéal, en plein centre ville et proche des commodités. Le seul point noir a été le bruit la nuit… mais avec une bonne paire de boules quies ça a été parfait ! A la fin de notre séjour nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l’hôtel toute la journée et ainsi évite de payer une consigne à bagage ! Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à l’hôtel et ça a été un excellent séjour pour nous. Nous reviendrons et recommandons cet hôtel.

Reservas un hotel y te meten en un apartamento en otra calle, sin ascensor y sin servicios de hotel, ni limpieza ni cambio de toallas en toda la estancia. El personal amable y correcto. La limpieza cuando llegamos estaba bien. La cama doble es pequeña e incómoda, las almohadas horribles. Se salva que parece reformado recientemente y el personal. Lo demás malo.

Non siamo state accolte molto bene, ci hanno dato una camera in una struttura esterna a quella dell’indirizzo, 3* piano senza ascensore, dalla porta finestra entrava un forte odore di cibo del ristorante sotto, il piano doccia era mezzo intasato, non scendeva l’acqua. La cosa migliore di questo albergo è la posizione.

O quarto no geral é bom mas o chao estava um bocado sujo, foi encontrado sangue nas toalhas e lençois, a cama nao é para pessoas altas, o AC so funcionava em frio e o isolamento tambem nao é o melhor. No geral é um sitio barato e bem localizado mas com muitos aspetos a melhorar.
