The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean. I would have liked to be able to make coffee in the morning.

On the good side: The staff are pleasant and very helpful. The property is clean, super clean.
On the not-so-good side: The building is old and so are the beds,
A charming and convenient spot for those wising to explore all Porto has to offer. Close to transit; assistance available at nearly all hours; and petite albeit cozy rooms.
Our stay at this hotel had both positives and a few drawbacks. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was quite convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel also seems to have been recently remodeled, which was a nice touch.
However, the rooms were not very spacious, and the bedding felt quite old and could use an upgrade. One challenge we faced was the absence of an elevator, so carrying luggage up two floors was a bit inconvenient.
While the pricing is reasonable for what’s offered, we would likely consider other options for our next stay.
We had a great time here even though just staying for 1 night. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and very clean.
The only downside I would say is that our booking said King size bed, but we received a double.
Highly recommend a visit.
The Hotel is only a few hundred meters from the Marques Metro station. The hotel has well appointed rooms with cable TV and am en suite. The staff are friendly and helpful and can provide suggestions on what to do andcwhere to go overall great value for money.

It was great except that some of the fixtures in the bathroom were a little loose and needed attention.
The hotel is nice and new, but the WIFI never worked on our room, neither the Air coinditioner. We asked for help, but the hotel didnt provide any help. Very disappointed.
The room was definitely clean and the attached bathroom as well. The gentleman who helped us was also very nice. But.
But it was definitely in a very depressed area that was quite a walk from the main part of town. And the immediate area was odd, many homes and storefronts boarded up, abandoned, etc. maybe it’s coming back? Not sure, but it’s not there yet.
The room is very noisy - close neighbors and thin walls, yes, but mostly it’s the pigeons, seagulls and street noise. And we were on the 3rd floor.
I think the advertising on this property is misleading. It’s not a bad place, and maybe for the price, that’s what you get, but I would have liked a bit more honest info prior to booking. Maybe this can be that for you.
Quartos pequenos, camas e travesseiros não eram confortáveis.
A localização é excelente (bem próximo ao metrô) e o chuveiro muito bom.
Dependendo do objetivo da viagem vale muito a pena.
