The location is very good. There's lots of access to food, cafes, restaurants and bars. The property is basic bit very clean and well maintained. Only issue I had was one of the windows not closing. Road noise can intrusive. But once fixed, it was very quiet.
Nice and clean! We didn’t have any issue to get to the room even though there was no reception.

Very hot rooms, windows locked and weak aircon
My stay was overall good and I don’t have any complaints, except at arrival, I was never sent a link to check in and could not enter the building.
Also when I got to my room, there was no way of opening the windows, the sun had been hitting the window all day and I am not exaggerating when I say it was 30+ degrees inside, and a very weak aircondition, which started to make me feel physically bad.
After 15 minutes I was standing out in the hallway in just underwear on the phone with support, who gave me a new room, which was still incredibly hot when I entered, but I was able to open the window thanks to someone screwing the lock that had been installed off.
Thanks to your amazing customer support my issues were resolved quickly, but I would recommend bringing a screwdriver if you don’t want to be cooked alive

The place is owned by limehome - a Germany-based company that runs reception desk-free hotels. What it means is that they put the burden of going through the registration process - complete with taking selfies and scanning one's passport - squarely on you. Their system is somewhat confusing and requires significantly more than the "5 minutes" their emails advertise. Perhaps this is how they keep the rates on the cheaper side, sort of like how some grocery stores turn you into an employee at the self-service checkout.
The hotel itself is in a great location. The room was very bare-bones - three single beds, two end tables, a TV, and not even a desk. It is ok for a one-night stay, but for long-term stay, there are basically no amenities in the room (no fridge, no desk, only one chair for a room where presumably three people are staying).
If it is the cheapest available accommodations in Porto, and your stay is short, and if you are ok with the "fill out a bunch of web forms, scan your passports and take selfies, then wait to receive an access code" setup - go for it.
One last note: the code you get to enter the room and the building are the same and they are only four-digit codes. I feel like longer codes would be safer.

Walking distance. Room is clean but bathroom can be cleaner. Last 2 days I had to use toilet paper to dry the floor
Great stay. Modern experience without physical reception.

Disliked: Staff & service
Central but service was poor.
The check-in was terrible. I was told I'd receive an email 24 hours before arrival with the codes to enter the hotel. When I arrived ay Porto Airport I had to wait 1.5hours before receiving the codes. I had to message them numerous times. The room was central and clean, but tere were no services. I asked if there was ironing facilities but eas told there were none. Would never use this company again.
Bathroom needs improvement…..no window curtain , see thru windows, shower curtain always over my body while I shower. Very humid , always wet space. Fungus over the bathroom walls.
The hotel has no workers, everything is done online. The hotel sent me the link to pay the tourist tax, but I hadn't noticed it because the email went to junk mail. However, I sent a message on the day of my arrival at the hotel to see if everything was confirmed. The hotel should alert me that the tourist tax has not yet been paid. As a result, I arrived at the hotel and there was no one to ask. I had to call them and only then did I find out that I hadn't paid the tourist tax yet. It was up to the hotel to inform the customer that the tourist tax had not yet been applied to prevent the customer from arriving at the hotel without the access code. Because I wasn't the only one in this situation. There were other people there with the same problem. And not all customers understand how to make online payments. Just as my bank was not represented on the payment platform.
As the hotel doesn't have employees, I missed having an iron. I suggest the hotel puts an iron in each room. Make a connection with a fixed plug so customers don't steal the iron.
Otherwise, the hotel is clean, well located, good bed and you can do a lot of things on foot.
