Welcome to my apartment!

This 65m2, 2-bedroom duplex apartment in Porto is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to explore this vibrant city.

The property is located on the third floor and accessible by lift.

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. Step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy a breath of fresh, crisp air in a tranquil setting.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. 

For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, drying rack and ironing facility to meet laundry needs.

The two bedrooms each have a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a spacious wardrobe for convenient storage.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is located in the city centre, where ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause some daytime noise.

The square is characterized by its charming architecture and vibrant energy, making it a popular destination for daytime outings and evening social gatherings. Stroll along the cobblestone streets and marvel at the city's beauty and history, with landmarks like the renowned Luís I Bridge, the majestic Livraria Lello bookstore, the picturesque Jardins Palácio de Cristal, the magnificent Porto Cathedral, the charming Clérigos Tower and the iconic Ageas Porto Coliseum. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
