"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. The town (and many others in the area such as Porto Do Son) need to figure year-round activities to encourage ongoing tourism. "Great service from the people in the reception. Nice room, but only two smaller windows facing the backyard. Fresh decoration, nice bed, good shower, and we had our breakfast included. Only stayed for one night, but can certainly recommend this hotel. Right in the middle of the town, on the promenade. Even had a lovely walk on the beach before leaving this nice town."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Seems like a new building. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was a little tight but the shower was big and had gel and shampoo, something we didn’t have the previous night. The parking is about 5 minutes away but is free and seems plentiful. "

"Totally disinterested staff. Reception and restaurant worst ever. Left cash for meal as one and only waitress on duty was nowhere to be found (probably went home fed up lol). Reception don't want to know 'go find the waitress' was response'. Then next day after we left - got a message to say 'you didn't pay your restaurant bill so we have debited your card'. Priceless. Only good thing about this hotel was the pool. "

"Deberían mejorar las instalaciones o bajar el precio, solo un espejo y pequeño, te cobran por traerte el desayuno que ya has pagado y para nuestro gusto le faltó algo de bollería y más café, poner un bar o un restaurante por que cuando quieres comer o cenar tienes que irte a buscar algo y en Carnota en invierno no es agradable, lo mejor el personal, eso si que es de 10!
