"A pousada não tem boa infraestrutura e não vale o valor que cobram. Fica em uma rua deserta e a porta do quarto não fecha direito. Além disso, a piscina do quarto fica ao lado de uma mata nativa e entra um monte de bicho no quarto e na piscina. Tinha um cacho de marimbondo na lampada da área da piscina, barata morta na piscina, 2 aranhas grandes dentro do quarto e um ninho de formiga grande no trilho do box. Os quartos não tem telas nas janelas, as portas não são vedadas e nem mesmo oferecem...

Meu problema foi com a questão do atendimento, eles mandaram uma mensagem perguntando que horas chegaria e avisei q as 16hrs, cheguei esse horário e fui surpreendida com a atendente dizendo que a piscina não estava disponível para banho pois o piscineiro não tinha feito a limpeza ainda. Paguei a mais por um quarto com essa opção e a opção estava inutilizável, disse que o piscineiro estava chegando, aguardamos e ele foi limpar depois disse que não daria...

"We stayed at sister hotel “Casa Brasileira” for 8 days during rainy season…. And loved it so much we aré already planning our next stay.
We feel Pedras do Patacho is perfect for younger, cool people. As concierge understood we were hoping for a different vive - they suggested we transfer to their sister hotel and we LOVED it
Both Pedras and Casa Brasileira share:
