"Booked this “hotel” for price and location. Area is safe. Buildings and room were a little more run down than we are used to, but rooms were clean. A little small for a family of 4, but we made it work. Bathroom is pretty outdated. Like everyone else said, parking is quite tight, but we made it work and we had a huge SUV. We really enjoyed the coffee in the lobby and the fresh cookies in the morning."

"Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great staff! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The Tavern restaurant on site has great choices and food and drinks were good. Didn’t have the opportunity to visit the other bar on site but feedback from talking with other people had great feedback. Good location and easy to walk around. Will definitely stay again!"

"The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room are excellent and the primary reason to stay there. That being said there is always something with this place and they are terrible with communication. This time, the main restaurant was closed and we weren't informed until we got there. Then when we got back from the pool we tried to order room service and it just rang and rang. When I called the front desk I was informed they closed early. No reason, no communication when we checked in that the hours were changed or that they would close early. On a Saturday night?"

"We always stay here when we come to Portland. There are a lot of hotels to choose from in downtown Portland but this one in my opinion is one of the best. It’s right in the middle of everything. There are so many activities within just a 10 minute walk. The staff is always so incredibly kind. We can’t wait to be back in a couple of months. Thanks guys! 😊"

"Great location, was able to watch the Portland Rose Parade by just stepping out the door. Also walked to the water front to view the ships in town for fleet week. The kids and grandkids also enjoyed the pool. Then to finish it off we all got an excellent breakfast together."
