"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. "Really great location near the tram stop which goes to the airport and into the city. The kitchen area is really helpful if you want to make anything to eat in your room. Staff friendly and helpful with any concerns. Was able to leave luggage in the hotel after check out. Would visit again for a short stay in Bordeaux:) the definitely only thing that we were missing was short of towels. A longer mirror would be nice in the room and if allowed a toaster!"

Best Western Premier Hotel Bayonne Etche Ona - Bordeaux

10/10 Excellent

Staycity Aparthotels, Bordeaux City Centre

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful property, extremely courteous staff. WiFi was great rooms were kind of small but the were clean and nice. The shower was my favorite in all our stays I. France and Spain. The was a powerful rain shower. It was so nice. 5 stars from me and my wife!!"

Premiere Classe Bordeaux Ouest - Mérignac Aéroport

10/10 Excellent

"I have stayed in very many Premiere Classe motels across France. This was the best of the bunch! Modern, clean, good size room with a "proper" shower room. I am a fan of the good value Premiere Classe breakfast and this was no exception. Not too far from the airport (maybe a 30min walk). If you have large bags or prefer not to walk its located close to the second tram stop from the airport. If you had a car, the car park looked to be a good size and felt safe enough to me. Perfect for an overnight stop."
