"A great hotel with friendly, helpful staff! The front desk was so great, I must say. Our plentiful questions regarding everything from amenities to tourist activities were answered with a smile and any requests were handled promptly. The location was great! Centrally located, easy walking distance to most areas, or close to taxi/ bus in a very safe and professional area with plenty of eateries right outside. The room had most of what we needed, beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay here again!"

Overall, hotel room was spacious but was a little tired. Water stains on ceiling, paint needs touching up in a few places. Breakfast was OK - not a lot of options but pastries were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

Just 15-20 mins from airport and amazingly helpful, thoughtful front desk. Don't rush off from the airport - spend a couple of days here getting to know Catania first."
