"Hotel was really good,food was ok,hotel rooms were a little dirty,paint on the curtains,plenty of space, entertainment staff was great and my kids loved joining in mini disco albeit a little late,pool was freezing cold"

"We went during school trip times so as you can imagine full of spanish kids who have no manners. But apart from this. The staff were amazing and couldnt do more to help you or try to avoid the kids during breakfast and Dinner. Room was fine, a/c was alright. "Had a nice stay. However the pool was closed so that was a bit disappointing. And the tv remote was broken. It would have been nice to have a smart tv like most hotels do these days and the only two channels we could get were in Spanish. Otherwise everything was fine. Good location close to coffee shops and restaurants"

"Everythring grear except didnt like that they are going cashless - think it has stopped restaurant staff getting tips and rhey are lovely. - food is grand - facillities excellent but a few soft toys for yourger children wouldnt go amiss and think a few tiles etc are chipped or missing on floors and elevators ll seem a bit dated but these are minor things - would definitely recommend - staff are lovely"

"Great Hotel, this is our second time here, Reception staff brilliant! Restaurant seemed a bit short of staff and tables not cleared quick and only half reset, we waited a long time for drinks and a long time to pay for the drinks."

"Booked a room for 3 Adults which was meant to have 3 single beds. This however was not provided and staff were very unhelpful when it came to rectifying the problem. Was told there were no rooms featuring 3 single beds despite the booking specifically saying it did feature this. The room consisted of a large bed which featured 2 small double frames pushed together, however it only had 1 mattress on it, so was not separatable, it also featured 1 sheet. The single bed provided was clearly meant for a child and not long enough for an adult. Receptionist blamed Hotels.com for having the listing saying 3 single beds, however surely its down to the actual hotel/resort to put their room listings up with the correct bed configurations, had the listing said the room featured a large double and child pull out bed we wouldn't have booked it."
