PGA Village/Castle Pines Best Location Pet Friendly.
- This 2BR/2.5BA golf villa shows like a model, with tropical decor. It is a fully furnished,1st floor corner unit that is located within the exclusive gated Castle Pines section of the PGA Village.(This is the newest PGA Village development with use of the luxury pool, not Golf Villa I or Golf Villa II which does not.) The villa is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac street. It has a private screened in patio with easy access to a meticulously well maintained backyard lawn area that is well shaded by trees. In addition the master bathroom was recently redone with Italian marble tiles.
Look around if you must, but you will not find a nicer unit within the exclusive Castle Pines section of the PGA Village with these added perks at the prices listed below. The villa is deeply discounted and is often less expensive then older and less desirable units.
This is a great place to just get away from it all and relax. My Florida vacation getaway is extremely clean, and well maintained. I believe it to be one of the most top notch units within the PGA Village.
No recreational vehicles commercial vehciles or motorcycles are allowed in the community
