Quick trip to attend wedding

Great location just minutes off expressway. Publix two minutes away. Kitchen well stocked except for a few items (no 9 x 11 or 11 x 13 pans and no pizza pans). Trash can in kitchen way too small. Large fridge with icemaker. Very comfortable beds. Bed in master very high off floor even for 5 ft 7 inch person. Needs a stool in there for shorter people to be able to get in bed. Some of beds have only sheets on them with no bedspreads. Needs to provide more and bigger blankets. Also needs chair to sit on in master for sitting while putting on shoes and socks. Television sound quality is poor. For a property that sleeps so many people needs more seating in living room/dining area. Only has one three person couch and dining table small four seater plus counter area with bar stools. The seven of us would have liked to play cards at table but table too small and only four chairs. With these few changes would have given it five stars. Host does respond quickly to questions. Overall this was good property in good area for 7 adults attending wedding.

Disappointed.

I’m never one to leave bad reviews like this but I must. This house is listed as having a hot tub but does not. In addition to that the lister had to be tracked down to for us to get our entry instructions and then wifi information which is supposed to be put into the app by him. In addition to this, the slider door shades were falling apart. At the end of the trip, I contacted VRBO to report the broken shades to put it on record that we didn’t cause the damage while also making a Complaint about the fact that the house was listed as having a hot tub when it does not (the main reason we booked it.). The agent from VRBO put me on the phone with the owner who couldn’t have been more rude if he tried. He went as far as to accuse me of being the type of person who books stays and then tried to get out of paying. I never once asked anyone for a refund, I was more so trying to get it on record that we didn’t break the shades so I wouldnt get charged for them. I would NOT recommend this house. The owner advertises things that are not available at this home.
