"Very clean and tastefully decorated on a quiet side street. Friendly and helpful staff, although I understand they aren't on-site on Mondays and Tuesdays. We chose room 2 on the top floor, which has a pleasant view of the street. It would benefit from a table on the other side of the bed and a brighter reading lamp! We found the shower controls to be a little stiff when altering the water temperature. Choose one of the higher numbered bedrooms if you have difficulty with stairs. Nice, reasonably priced cafe and well-stocked bookshop, closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The sitting room has to be seen to be believed as it looks as it might've done when the hotel was built. The hotel has a small, chargeable car park to the rear but it's first come, first served. Free street parking is more miss than hit, but there is ample residential parking 10 minutes away on the Eastern Esplanade. There is also a convenience store across the road that is open long hours."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Ramsgate! The house has been beautifully renovated, with gorgeous décor and a really cosy, welcoming atmosphere. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into every detail. The location is great too — shops are close by and the beautiful beaches are within easy reach. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions, provide useful local recommendations, and make sure we had everything we needed. Small thoughtful touches and helpful communication made everything feel easy and stress-free.The location is fantastic, being close to the beach is a real bonus, and ideally situated near a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and local places to explore. We loved having so many dining options within easy reach. The convenient location meant we could enjoy the area without having to drive everywhere. The parking space in the nearby car park was invaluable as there was no parking anywhere else being the height of summer. The property itself was comfortable, welcoming, and a great place to return to after a day of exploring. It provided a peaceful and pleasant base while still being close to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, this was an excellent stay in a fantastic location. With the beach and restaurants nearby, a comfortable property, and such a great and attentive host, it offered everything we were hoping for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
