There is a main bathroom with bathtub, well equipped kitchen, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Garage parking for one car.

Relax on the shared roof top terrace whilst taking in the ocean views. Only a short stroll down to Flynn's Beach, local restaurants, cafes and only a short drive into the town centre. There apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a lift in the complex. SMART TV, No Satellite Channels, FREE WIFI.
