"This was a staycation in our small town with my grandgirls over March break & it was so nice. I booked the room with 2 gueen beds with extra space for only $10 more and it was well worth it . I originally booked it incase I did have my two younger grands which would mean we needed room for two pack n plays. But glad to have the extra space for the girls to spread out and play barbies ;) Although there is no view I loved the corner room with two large windows facing different directions. Close to stairwell and easy access down to pool area also a bonus.We are already planning next March break with more friends and family. Will book same room again or even maybe the larger suite. Great staycation.Thank you "

"House was beautiful, everything was new and great for kids, kids play room and fans room was fun for adults too. Hot tube was nice and hot. Only negative was the locked box was hard to get into. Key pad would be better and easier. "

"My close friends and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin over Thanksgiving weekend. There were enough beds for our group and the facilities ensured we enjoyed home comforts while also living up to promises of quiet and solitude in nature. We had long chats by the fire by night and hiked in the surrounding Backus conservation area by day. We will definitely be back in the future! "

"The cabin was cute but not as nice or clean as pictures. The worst was beds had been slept in as if someone had just left! No top sheet so I am sure blankes were not laundered either. Bbq was a joke, missing a grate and tank empty and not even connected so no way to cook a meal even if we had stayed! Not sure if this is on a campground there was a trailer close by. The bathroom is in separate building, probably shared, it had no toilet paper and bath tub had insects in it. We left and stayed in closest town hotel. I informed the owner who had been out of town and he promptly refunded us. I suggest he changes his lockbox number after each booking and get a new cleaning lady. He was kind enough to offer a free stay but we kindly decline. "

The beach itself is fantastic: shallow areas make it safe for little ones, but deeper water is easily accessible too.We’ve celebrated birthdays and special milestones here, and every year our kids ask when we’re coming back — it’s truly become a cherished tradition for our family."
