"Overall our trip was just ok and was disappointing I a few different areas. There were so some things the owner couple definitely improve on like making sure there was firewood, not just leftover scraps he didn’t use around the buildings, we had to email him and someone brought us wood. Plugging in the fridge knowing you had the bunkie rented( we drove 3 hours to a very small warm fridge), having the port-o-john beside us that looked like it was never cleaned out(not usable) , having a supply of toilet paper in the main washroom and shower area. The mattress should definitely be updated to something you don’t sink into would also be a bonus. Signage was also an issue to let you know where to go in the bush. They were to small and in bushes to see properly. I have camped my whole life and must say yes I was disappointed. Add indicated 15 minutes from town but more like 30. Just a bit more inconvenient when going to a festival."

"We loved our stay. Our dog was contained within the partial fencing to play ball and the street was quiet and serene. We loved the submarine tour, ice cream and burgers at Scoops, walking to the beach and mini putting. The cottage was clean, spacious and well maintained. Thank you for the great experience. "

"Was pleasantly surprised by the room we rented. Room number 1. Had a private washroom, fridge everything we needed for a 2 night stay at the beach. The bed could be a queen to give 2 adults a little more room. We were grateful for the air conditioner and coffee machine. They supplied a couple bottles of water, some granola bars which help when heading to the beach. Would be nice to have a patio door to go outside from the room but it was just a short distance to front door. The common area was pleasant but very stuffy and and damp but was told they just cleaned up after flooding so I'm sure a dehumidifier will solve the issue. Close to beach, right beside a great restaurant, parking right out front. Would stay again in room 1. The gentleman who helped us get to our room was pleasant and very helpful. Everyone was friendly."
Sleeps 5 in two bedrooms, linens & towels included. A quick walk to the beach.

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lucky's and would happily book again. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly friendly and had clearly thought of every little detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well-equipped.One of our favourite features was the balcony, where we could relax outside in the evenings after putting our little one to bed. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach.We stayed during Bayham Beachfest, and the location couldn't have been better. Being right in the heart of Port Burwell made it easy to enjoy all the festivities, and we loved that the beach was just a short walk away.The thoughtful touches throughout our stay really stood out. The snacks and bath bombs were an especially big hit with our little one and made us feel truly cared for.We had a fabulous beach weekend and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend Lucky's to anyone visiting Port Burwell and would absolutely love to stay here again!"
