Welcome to Painted Pelican, a beautifully appointed five-bedroom, three-bath coastal retreat located in the exclusive, gated community of Biscayne. Designed with both comfort and style in mind, this spacious home offers stunning Gulf views, bright open spaces, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach getaway.

Step into the great room where cathedral ceilings and a wall of Gulf-facing windows fill the space with natural light. The home features elegant, coastal-inspired decor and plenty of seating for dining and lounging. The fully stocked kitchen includes bar seating for six and is perfect for everything from beach-day snacks to gourmet dinners.

The main level features four bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite with a garden tub and shower, a fun kids’ bunk room, and two guest bedrooms with queen and double queen beds. Upstairs, you’ll find a private king bedroom with its own bath, plus a spacious game room ideal for movie nights, board games, puzzles, or simply enjoying the view. A third-floor deck offers spectacular sunset views and a glimpse of the nearby bird sanctuary.

Third floor also includes a work station complete with docking station, dual monitors and a keyboard.

Enjoy your mornings and evenings on expansive covered and upper-level decks overlooking the Gulf, or head downstairs to the Tiki Bar under the house—perfect for outdoor dining, cocktails, and taking in the ocean breeze.

The host was very welcoming and the gated community and house were very charming. My family and I stayed in Painted Pelican for a couple of days after Christmas. There were lots of us and plenty of room for everyone. The house was laid out perfectly. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooking utensils, dinnerware, measuring devices, cookware and everything anyone would need to cook for a group.
