Relax with the whole family in Sandpiper subdivision where beach access is less than a 5 min. walk or a quick golf cart ride. Enjoy a panoramic view of the pond and gulf where you can watch and listen to the crashing waves all day long.

Located just steps away from beach, this NEW cul-de-sac property promises an unforgettable getaway for families or groups of friends. The subdivision is centrally located and close to restaurants and more where you'll have everything you need within a 5 minute drive.

With this fully stocked kitchen, just decide on your menu and bring your groceries! Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or serving a grilled steak dinner, you will have space to prepare and enjoy family time. Dining area (inside/outside) offers plenty of seating for everyone to come together and enjoy memorable meals.

Sleep up to 12 people very comfortably with two King beds and two custom built-in Queen/Queen bunkbeds. Linens and towels are provided.

Upstairs, the wrap-around deck has an 'open' panoramic view of the gulf and a nearby pond which attracts a variety of birds.

From kitchen, walk out to deck and sit under pergola to enjoy dining for six. Or enjoy an open view from front wrap-around deck with 8 high-back chairs and table for 4. Enjoy view of gulf listening and watching the crashing waves.

Downstairs, enjoy Tiki Bar with outdoor seating, decorative lighting, picnic table, corn hole, washer board, charcoal grill (bring charcoal).

Outdoor Shower with hot/cold water. After your long day at the beach, you will want to rinse off sand in the shower before going inside to enjoy the rest of your evening.

You will find starter supplies of ground coffee, K-cup coffee pods, coffee filters, sugar, artificial sweetener, non-dairy creamer, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies.

~PARKING: Maximum (5) vehicles can park in driveway. No RV's and no parking on the grass.

No cameras are located inside the home, ensuring your privacy during your stay.
