Escape to the beach w/pets &kids

Sleeps 14. Linens furnished and beds are made. Excellent location. Located 1/2 block from restaurants and market (The Big Store) on Bolivar. 5-minute walk to the beach. The bar area under the house is great for entertaining. After a day at the beach use the enclosed shower below the house to wash off sand. Golf Cart access to the beach just down the street.
Must be 25+ to book (no booking for someone else). Pets must be okay`d by owners prior to stay. There is a pet fee. Please include your pets when you book. Respect your neighbors. Noise ordinance after 10:30. Smoking allowed outside ONLY, and all cigarette butts must be put in provided butt cans. Any butts on the ground will result in additional cleaning fee. EV charging is not permitted. See our Rental Agreement for other rules.

Honestly everything was great, except for the fact although it says no smoking as soon as you walk in it smells like cigarettes. And after we got home we were having to do loads and loads of clean laundry bc everything smells like cigarettes. Coming from a group of non smokers it makes it hard.
