We rented this property for new years and our family enjoyed everything about it, especially the amazing free firework show that went on the beach. Even though the house is second row, it was so peaceful to sit on the deck and enjoy the view and sound of the waves. Because it was winter, there were not a lot of neighbors or activity going on around us or at the beach, making this experience even more enjoyable. It is pet friendly but the bottom perimeter of the house is not fenced so just be vigilant w your pets, our dogs had no problem 😊The beach access is just an easy walk from the house. The actual beach area in this location is very wide even during high tide. If you own an ATV or a golf cart, you might want to take it or rent one near by.
The house itself is very comfortable, with its big island, two sinks, L couch and big dinning table not to mention nicely decorated and TV’s in every room. The kitchen is well equipped and even has an ice maker, which according to my husband it was a WIN! We used the linen service the property offers and it was well worth it, less laundry and things to carry! Do note that the house has a webber charcoal grill downstairs not gas as we were told. The house does not offer any beach equipment you can use, not even a beach chair... (little disappointed) so plan accordingly. The supermarket is just a short drive away and it has everything you need in case you forgot something.
