Relax on the wraparound deck while sipping morning coffee and watch seagulls soar past. In the evenings, gather around the firepit, or challenge friends in the game room to ping pong, arcades, and foosball. From the door to the sand, it is just a 3-minute drive to the beach. ● Location: Crystal Beach, Texas

● Beach Access: A quick 3-minute drive from the sandy shores of the Gulf. Cars are permitted to park on the beach.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for 5 cars in the driveway.

The fully stocked kitchen and ample seating, including bar stools and a dining table, cater to all your culinary needs.

The first bedroom off the living area is a cozy retreat with a king-size bed. Perfect for families, the second bedroom boasts two queen-size beds, while the master bedroom indulges in a luxurious king-size bed. Whichever room you end up in, you’re sure to find comfort and wake each morning ready for the day.

Up a spiral staircase lies the ultimate fun zone - a game room with two full-over-full bunk beds, perfect for epic slumber parties! Challenge your crew to ping-pong and foosball battles, or get lost in the thrills of classic arcade games. Right alongside the action is a cozy corner with a queen bed for tired champions. Down the hall, you`ll find another comfy retreat with two more queen-size beds. And after a day of beach adventures, everyone can freshen up in the convenient full bathroom on this floor.

As the day fades to twilight, step outside and embrace the cool sea breeze. Unwind by the firepit, glass of wine in hand, as the Texas sunset paints the sky in warm hues. Let laughter and stories fill the air, knowing these are memories you’ll treasure for years to come.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
