This 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house is right on the water with direct beach access. The huge deck is perfect for kicking back with a drink or catching a sunset. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, comfy living space, and modern amenities for a laid-back stay. Ideal for families or groups looking for a simple, no-fuss beach getaway.

he primary bedroom features a spacious king bed with plenty of natural light. The second bedroom also has a king bed, making it perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking extra space. The third bedroom is designed for groups or kids, with two twin-over-full bunk beds. The house includes two full bathrooms with modern fixtures and tub-shower combos. The open living area has comfortable seating, a smart TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, with ample counter space and a large dining table for group gatherings. Outside, the huge deck offers plenty of seating and direct beach access, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf just steps away.

Guests have full access to the house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer, the fully equipped kitchen, and the outdoor deck. The beachfront area is just steps away and easily accessible. The only off-limits areas are any locked storage spaces and the garage reserved for owner use. Otherwise, make yourself at home!

Respect quiet hours (typically 11 PM – 8 AM) to avoid disturbing neighbors.
🔹 Parking:

Park only in designated areas and avoid blocking driveways or access points.
🔹 Beach Etiquette:

Rinse off sand before entering the house.
Follow local beach rules and remove all personal items and trash when leaving.
🔹 Trash & Cleanliness:

Bag and dispose of all trash properly in the outdoor bins.
Keep the space tidy and treat it with care.
🔹 Respect the Property:

No rearranging furniture or removing items from the house.
Report any damages or issues promptly.
🔹 Late Check-out Fees:

Unauthorized late check-outs may result in an additional fee.
