The Space:

This second row, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is centrally located in Sandy Beach, and has a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico! With more than 1300 square feet, A Reel Nauti sleeps 14 comfortably. There is plenty of seating out on the deck, where you can hear the waves and enjoy the salty breezes.



The open concept living area offers an oversized sectional sofa and large-screen TV, along with high speed internet for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals. including both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, wine cooler, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot, blender, and griddle. The large island and separate dining table provide ample room for meals and game nights. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for your use. In addition, you will find great extras for children - a play pen and high chair!



A Reel Nauti offers a primary suite with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with 2 queen beds and ensuite bath. The third bedroom has two queen beds, and there is an additional half bath in the hallway.



The upstairs deck is a beautiful place to enjoy, but the downstairs offers wonderful entertaining amenities as well! There you'll find a tiki bar, charcoal barbecue pit, furniture, more seating, a picnic table, and hammock. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the beach before you go in to enjoy the house.



Pets are not allowed at this property due to homeowner's severe allergies. Pets found on the premises will result in additional cleaning fee and termination of lease agreement. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not only is this house a short walk from the beach it was the only one I found with sufficient beds to actually sleep 8 adults on the weekend we had scheduled. The construction is recent so everything is in excellent condition. The beds are memory foam and slept extremely well. The designer sacrificed storage in the bedrooms for queen-sized comfort, and since you aren't in there except for sleeping anyway, I applaud their decision. The kitchen was well equipped and having that extra half bath was very nice. You will not regret staying here.
