"The room was fine but I was disatisfied with the service. Check in was ok if a little impersonal. There was plenty of free parking at the front of the hotel. The room wasn't seviced on my second day there and when I rang for towels and teabags I was told I had to come down to reception and get them myself. I found the staff were not particularly friendly - no smile or greeting when leaving in the morning or on my return, no apology for not servicng the room. The view from my balcony was also very disappointing - bins and rooftops. I wouldn't stay again. "

"Nice property and everything was in good condition but I wouldn’t stay there again as there were a few disappointing things. * it was advertised as weekly cleaning but I only had it bi-weekly. * for a four person apartment, to only have 3 chairs, 3 forks etc is unfair. I had to buy some additional kitchen utensils. * aircon only in the lounge so bedrooms got very hot at night (summer). * a"

"Host claimed she didn’t know we were booked in. The house was in disarray when we arrived. Monica was very apologetic and prompt in going to house after photos were sent. She changed sheets and tidied/cleaned to a great standard. The bed in the 3rd room needs to be replaced as is very hard and uncomfortable. It’s a very quirky house. Little touches in the bathroom, a few condiments in the kitchen were appreciated although not used. A bottle of wine was left for us because of the misunderstanding and an offer of a refund (did not accept). House needs a good overhaul. "
