"It is an extraordinary place, an old building in the old city of Popi with wonderful views of the valley next to the Popi castle with private parking next door. However, it has many details that could improve the room, which is quite poorly decorated, with bathroom accessories of very poor quality, the mattress is old and soft. In short, the room could be of a different quality than what it is."

"A Fascinating and perhaps haunted hotel off the beaten track. You will drive through the beautiful mountains to get there and it’s located in the shadow of an ancient Abby. The staff is lovely, the food at the in-house restaurant is great. And definitely get a bottle of the house red (it’s amazing). You will not be sorry you made this journey. "

Non merita 5 stelle perchè pagare 10 euro per il pacheggio interno di una moto mi è sembrato eccessivo. Viaggio molto in moto e non ho mai pagato così tanto per un parcheggio all'aperto.(in struttura mi hanno detto che per le auto chiedono di più!?!) "We loved staying here. Barbara was kind, accommodating and made us feel really welcome. She was super with our little daughter. This place has also a hidden gem of a waterfall at a walking distance from the property. Loro Ciuffenna and its surroundings (including Arezzo) is a wilder and beautiful part of Tuscany who I would recommend visiting to anyone. *****"

"This place was not clean, it had dead moths on the bed linen and spiders and webs everywhere! We had to call to get the key and all they wanted to do was sell the wine! The wine was nice and the surroundings but that’s it! There was nobody around to discuss the dirty/dead insects issue and is in the middle of nowhere. It feels unsafe as the door wouldn’t lock from the inside either. If for some silly reason you still book….take food as there is nothing there to eat! Best thing to do...

    "I stayed here with my family and we all loved it. Kids were so entertained and didn't want to leave. The villa is amazing and has everything you need. Alessio was so helpful and responsive and he came one night with his mum and made us pizza's which was great. Poppi is a lovely small town and we had cars and there a lots of small places nearby to visit. Would 100% recommend staying here "
