Discover the elegance of this prestigious front-line apartment at Dolphin Quays on Poole Quay. This wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence on the 2nd floor features two balconies, both offering beautiful views over the Visitors Marina towards Brownsea Island, and the Purbecks.
Main entrance lobby from The Quay. Lift to 2nd floor. Spacious hallways to front door. Hall, lounge / dining room with sliding doors to balcony - views to the working quay. Comprehensively equipped. Fully fitted Miele kitchen. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with ensuite (bath and separate shower cubicle). Second bedroom (5ft kingsize double). Family bathroom (bath with shower over).
Parking - One reserved parking space in the development's own secure car park (max height 2m / 6ft 6ins).
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating.
Technology - WIFI. Flat screen television, Bluetooth speaker.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven / feature gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.

POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.
