    Our Holiday Hideouts are beautifully finished, professionally cleaned and all meticulously maintained.

    This self contained 2 bedroom holiday house is spacious and welcoming. With the option of a double sofabed it can comfortably sleep 6. Comfortable seating with a Large Smart TV (inc Netflix), large dining space and fully equiped kitchen make this the ideal get away.

    The kingsize master bedroom is spacious with a separate walk in wardrobe. The twin second bedroom is also a good size with ample hanging space.

    Newly furnished throughout, everything is brand new!

Well appointed house. We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Conveniently located closeby supermarkets and sandbanks beach.

Modern and clean

We enjoyed 6 nights in Branksome. The property was modern, clean and well equipped. Communication could not be faulted. There was parking outside and also plenty of on road parking. Walkable to supermarkets and lots of other shops. Ten minutes drive to great beaches. Great location.

Fine for our needs

The property is decorated well with ikea furniture. Adult clothes rails would have been better than the children’s ones in situ. We didn’t use the downstairs loo as the toilet seat was broken. The kitchen was kitted out well for feeding a small family. The garden courtyard needs a little TLC, I picked up the litter but not the cigarette butts. It was lovely to see family and the location for us was great.

Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the stains and were unable to remove them but the team had sprayed the room with air fresheners! Upon replying to state this wasn't acceptable and that the carpets needed cleaning I was then ignored. Not only is the smell disgusting and significant, this property is one that says pets are not allowed.

The instructions for entry were misleading & it took over an hour to work out what they meant. There were 3 steep & sharp steps to the front door & no hand rail. The dining room furniture was a table on wheels which wouldn't lock, no chairs but 2 wooden benches from a garden set. Neither lavatory had a properly fitting seat. On Saturday the builder next door was apparently stripping wood on the party wall. The noise was so loud the telephone answerer couldn't hear me on the phone. I was told they would look into a change of house & would get back to me. By Tuesday when the noise started up again, they had not. I requested at least a partial refund but received no answer

Lovely little house for a getaway. Perfect location not far from Poole harbour, Poole quay, sandbanks and Bournemouth.

The house is decorated to a really high modern standard and was perfect for our short stay to drop our son back at Uni.
