"Everything was acceptable for the price we paid for the stay. The room had only wires where sticking out from where the smoke detector is supposed to be mounted. It was removed, leaving the wires exposed. The young lady that checked us in, lacked personality and a positive attitude. She was very unpersonable and made me feel like I was not welcomed. "

"There was urine all over my couch, the room smelled like urine and strong chemicals. The manager never got back to me. They refused to give me a refund and hotels.com did not give me a refund. I left the hotel within 1 hour of checkin after escalating it to the local staff and hotels.com and i still have never received a refund. This is unexceptable. The hotels.com staff said the policy said there is no refunds... even if there is urine all over the room. This is unbelievable and I will never use this service again. Dogs were barking all throughout the hall and this place was unable to refund me nor change or clean my room."

"Rooms dirty. Walls dirty. Floors dirty. Towels stunk. No amenities. Rooms smelled of cigarettes and funk. Missing baseboards. Paint chipping off walls and cabinets. Dogs barking from other tenants. People loud in hallways. Felt unsafe from tenants and strangers loitering outside in parking lot."
