"Absolutely lovely stay! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the minute I walked in (and even provided a goodie bag for having a bit of status with Expedia? Such a nice surprise!) Room was super spacious and comfy, and it was centrally located to lots of nice restuarants and bars in downtown SLC. Would definitely stay again the next time I'm in SLC. "

"The location is good, easy to get to downtown (5-10 min) as well as to the airport (12-15 min). They have plenty of parking spaces, free. The breakfast is included and it is decent. Our room was clean and tidy, although the shower space did not look good. The bed was okay, the same as in many other hotels. The exterior of the hotel is not very appealing and the lobby looks a bit outdated. However, it is a good place to stay. "

"Instead of calling about a declined card they just cancelled my booking leaving us to find a room in salt lake city at 10:30 at night. Ended up in a crappy hotel for $300. This place needs better customer service."
