"Hotel was spectacular. I wish we had more time to explore St. Moritz. Only there for one day to catch the Glacier Express. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. "The Kronenhof continues to impress me with its attentive staff, top level service, food, and atmosphere. I received a complimentary room upgrade which I was not expecting. I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue. I will only stay at the Kronenhof when I visit the Upper Engadin."
