Holiday flat no. 6 is located on the 1st floor of the Azalea house, on Via d'Arövens 14 (quiet street with no through traffic) in the Muragls neighbourhood, close to nature, with a magnificent view of the mountain panorama. The 60 m2 flat is very bright and has modern furnishings with a large flat-screen TV and its own WLAN (fibre optic). It offers a bedroom, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, a large living and dining area and a balcony furnished with table, chairs and parasol. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m, with individually and electrically adjustable slatted frames) and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub (bath and shower option), a hairdryer and hand and bath towels are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge (with freezer compartment), coffee machine (Nespresso system), dishwasher, fondue dishes and raclette oven. In the communal areas of the house you will also find a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a storage room for your bicycles as well as a ski room and a parking space in an underground garage (not a separate garage). The price also includes tickets for public transport in the Upper Engadine region. A new bus line connects all the major ski areas directly from our bus stop without changing buses. In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
