A Few Helpful House Rules

- This is a peaceful, family-friendly home — we kindly ask that there are no parties, events, or bookings made on behalf of others.
- For everyone's safety, we have exterior security cameras facing the driveway and other public areas — no cameras in private spaces, of course.
- Parking is available for up to 7 vehicles. Please avoid parking on the street or grass.
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying at the home during the reservation.
