"Clean modern room, nice 24/7 staff. They do charge to hold bags, there’s no coffee or tea in the room. No water. We’ve traveled extensively thru Italy so surprised by that. Otherwise, close to water taxi and again, nice modern clean rooms."

"Fantastic location, easy to get to, very quiet. Rooms are beautifully decorated with old style Venetian decor, large rooms with a fantastic breakfast buffet. Close to ferry bus on Grand Canal and lagoon- elevator available for luggage , great a/c and fridge, tv and internet. If I could rate better than a “10”, I would !"

"Brilliant hotel in great location, quiet and peaceful but accessible to centre of town. The restaurant was lovely and the staff very helpful, answering all of my many questions on how to get to places and understand the buses. The breakfast was varied with lots to choose from and different pastries each day. The pool was lovely and the drinks service was an added bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay."
