"Very quiet stay and pet friendly. The small town of Springville has a few eating places, but the Hamburger Stand was really good. Beware though, there is no cell service around here and you will lose it around the lake so be sure to take a screenshot of the code for the lock or write it down."

"From the front looks great, inside was dirty, cockroaches in bathroom, outside broken lawn furniture, very dirty bbq. No lamps in bedrooms, no klenix anywhere. Just seemed very on a shoe string and not what I am used to finding at my VRBO's. However the host did offer to send a maid over which I didn't want to deal with. Left a day early because queen bed was very uncomfortable. "

"Jeff was a wonderful and responsive host. We had a great weekend stay at the ranch. The house was well appointed and we had everything we needed including many board games to play. We had such a great time the tv was never turned on, the laptops never made an appearance and the cell phones were nowhere to be seen. Would love to stay again. And I will add that I normally don't sleep well away from home but all 4 of us slept like babies, rare indeed! We can't wait to return in summer to enjoy the pool."
