"The villa was very spacious, the area around it was nice and overall it was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The staff wasn’t the most talkative of friendly but it wasn’t terrible. Communication was bad though, we didn’t know they could have the fridge stocked prior to our arrival and they never mentioned, we learned of this later reading guests reviews. If you want to spend a few days just chilling this is a perfect place, just make sure you ask them to stock your fridge in advance as there...

The property hasn't been maintained. Since COVID some amenities not available (beach access, beach restaurant & bar). The staff was SO nice and helpful. For the $$, it was perfect."

The property is small but very well taken care of. It’s a smaller (boutique) hotel so if feels like a mansion with a half-dozen or so rooms. All the rooms face the same way. "The hotel is next to Port Zante and all the tourists stores for the cruise ships. Good downtown location. Two minute walk to the Ram's large grocery store. My room was large and all the rooms come with a mini kitchen. It was stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, knives, silverware, electric stove, large fridge. The AC is in the ceiling, quiet, and it kept the room cold. My room faced the main street, Bay Road. But, with the windows closed it was quiet. I think it's the best downtown Basseterre...

"The Golden rock Inn is a very special place. Up in the cooler rainforest on the side of Nevis Peak, it is a paradise of greenery and tranquility. The grounds are spectacular, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and extremely gracious, it feels like a private hideaway on a hillside with an absolutely, amazing restaurant to boot! We came for several quiet days after a stay at the Four Seasons, and it was the perfect counterpoint to a beautiful stay on Nevis. Highly recommend! "
