OMG, I am in LOVE with this hotel! Everything was beautiful, and the staff were amazing. My only wish was that the suite had a microwave. I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk staff to warm up my food. They were always happy to help, but it would have been nice to have that convenience in my room. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

This was an absolutely amazing experience. This was a surprise for my partner for their birthday and it did not disappoint. The staff was simply amazing, knowledgeable and welcoming. We felt like family every time we interacted with one of them. And the food and drinks… top tier. We did not want to leave. Amazing views. Amazing staff. Amazing everything. If you’re planning a trip, I 100% recommend staying here and when we come back, cause we definitely will be back, it will absolutely be here. We have no negatives except the fact that we had to leave lol. Thanks to the staff that made us feel so welcomed and made her birthday a rememberable experience. They also did a birthday celebration with champagne and decorated the room. They were very helpful and responsive setting it up via email to have it ready when we arrived!!! Thank you guys so much again! WEPA!!!!!

The hotel was great; the accommodation was great but, the last day of my stay there was no HOT water in the shower. An upfront disclosure and a better explanation of the resort fee, they should also inform you that they are taxes on resort fee
