"friendly staff, clean room"

"The water in the Hot tub looked cloudy but was ok. The water temp. was just right. The pool water temp also was just right. There was a little dirt around the pool and hot tub, hard to see against the dark floor but at eye level ,you could see the floor as dirty. I even noticed two used bandaids( also hard to see as they were clear in color. Sadly , I must report seeing one cockroach in my bathroom . "

"Check in was confusing with kiosk in entry way (under blasting hot air). I went through prompts but had to go to front desk anyways. Quiet hotel. Very clean & up to date. "

"Great place for a quick layover. I always come to this hotel when I’m flying out. All the staff are so cool and kind and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I’ve been here a few times and this time,Elissa, at the front desk took great care of me. Thanks girl! See you all again."
