"Failure of “leadership” by the General Manager who attempted to investigate scalding water in bathroom by sending a goon-looking man with an angry demeanor attitude. Water temperature is not regulated in the rooms! Insisted to check-in on the initial reservation. Yes, I was agitated but need to have been at an important meeting.. Do yourself a tremendous favor checking-in at the nearby Marriott 1/4 mile away. EXCELLENT in every aspect whereby the GM and I later enjoyed an insightful conversation whereby explaining the my wife had retired as a VP of Operations of a company which managed 162 hotels and built new properties.
