Great staff, clean facility, great location, would stay again. The only negative was how busy the elevators got during morning time frame when everybody was heading out. Other than that had a great experience.

Lovely boutique hotel just a few blocks from Grand Central. Area is relatively quiet with so many shops and eateries near by.
The property is small with just a few rooms on each floor. The elevators are super fast and require key access. It feels very safe.
The rooms are tiny - and yet well appointed, clean and very nice. Loved having plenty of places to plug in devices. Appreciated having a steamer in the room. Great for couples, mom/daughter adventures or singles.
Highly recommended.

I was not happy with the hotel at all. The room was cold and the thermostat did not adjust to the desired temperature. The rest was just OK. Parking is NOT free and must be scanned with QR code so make sure you do this prior to going to the room and getting comfy.
