"I find hotels with history special. The Breakfast and view was wonderful and all the staff were attentive. Location was convenient. Had some evening neighboring roof entertainment as well."

"The property is a bit dated. For Americans, there is no coffee/tea maker in the room. Breakfast is good, getting an Americano (espresso with water) makes the coffee cold. Showers are tiny and the door in my room didn’t close properly so the bathroom got wet. Finally, nobody really talks about the steps and vertical drops for Positano. From the hotel to the road near the main shopping area is just under 400 steps (yes 400). This is more about Positano and the location of the hotel vs the hotel itself."

"Naples as a city overall is chaotic, but the hotel was beautiful. The room was good sized with great bathroom. Breakfast was good, although my kids did not like the taste of bacon. It had the balcony and view of the port and view of the city."
