Carpet needed cleaning……our feet were dirty after walking on it. Good restaurant choices within walking distance."

Same problem for my wife’s phone. Absolutely frustrating. This should be a user friendly process that doesn’t require unnecessary user info. Worst experience I’ve ever had in all my hotel stays over the decades! Get IT to revamped their processes and policies to accommodate the customer sign-on."
