"Upon arriving at the property, I was required to wait approximately 15 minutes before gaining access to the home. After entering, I immediately noticed the property was not in suitable condition for occupancy or professional use. I contacted the homeowner through the app to inquire about the condition of the home, and they explained there had been an emergency which prevented them from cleaning after the previous booking. They stated they would come to the property shortly to clean.Unfortunately, this created a significant issue because the reservation was specifically booked for business purposes, as I was conducting training for new employees of my company. Due to the condition of the property, I was forced to cancel the scheduled training session, resulting in a loss of valuable business time.The home was clearly not prepared for guests. Bed coverings and linens were left scattered on the living room floor, there was a sink full of dirty dishes, the floors appeared unclean and unmopped, and the bathroom toilet seat was not properly attached to the toilet. Approximately an hour later, the homeowner entered through the garage and attempted to explain that they could clean the property while we remained there. This was highly unprofessional, as it would have required us to remain in the property during our reserved time while the home was being cleaned.My team and I offered to clean the property ourselves if the homeowner agreed to refund our payment, since we would eff"

"The staff was fantastic from beginning to end. Very friendly and helped out with extra pillows and needing a few minutes after checkout time to finish getting everything out of the room. It definitely could’ve been cleaner as there was a stain on the sheet and didn’t look like the bathroom, especially the floors were cleaned all that well. For what it was, I felt that it was a bit overpriced, especially for the middle of the week. I didn’t find them bad to be terribly comfortable, but that’s more of a personal preference. I believe I do not like a firmer mattress so again that’s just a personal preference. All in all it was fine but definitely could be cleaner better priced but I will say the staff was fantastic."

"The neighborhood is quiet. We did meet a few people and they were very friendly. The location is easy to get to, is close to USC, and has a lot near by. The house itself was beautiful and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bath towels were good however if you like a larger or fluffier towel, I recommend packing your own. Overall a great experience!"
