"Room was nice but the front desk did not let us know that room service would not be servicing our room while we were there. Our key card to our room stopped working twice and we had to get new ones. Place was clean and breakfast was good."

"The hotel was very dated. The door locks in the entire place weren't working correctly. To get into the hotel past the front desk, staff had to go around and open the door. Everytime I left and came back, my room key wouldn't work and I had to go back to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. People made lots of noise until well after 1:30 in the morning. The bathroom was clean, but nothing else was. There were only 2 super flat pillows. I was booked for 3 nights for a business trip, but I checked out a night early and went to a different hotel. Staff was rude. I would never stay there again!"

"Was ok. Had to buy or own tissues or use tp. No towels in the kitchen and limited paper towels. Bathroom upstairs leaked water to the main floor but they took care of it right away and we appreciate the quick response and resolution."

"Great location if you’re attending Fort Jackson graduation. Very clean house. Little quirky things give my review only 4 stars. Small driveway to fit vehicles, no hangers in closets, no hooks to hang towels in bathrooms, beds were very stiff, only one tv in house not in bedrooms, no extra blankets provided. Homeowners were very responsive on the app. "

"I think I might have been the first one to stay at this property because everything was literally brand new, as if I just bought a new house.The location is great if you need to spend a lot of time in NE Columbia area, like I needed to. Everything you need is just up the road (shopping, food). There is a bit of construction going on as the continue to develop the subdivision so if you are looking to sleep in, they may wake you, but that should be done sooner rather than later.The welcome basket was a nice gesture by the host as I utilized many of the items. Will try to stay here again when I have to return to the area. No issues. I even had to extend my stay due to the winter ice storm that rolled through and they were very nice and helpful in helping me do so."

"The property was very clean...imacculate actually. My only real complaint was that the listing did not include a picture of the outside view of the property. I had no clue that the property was a townhouse before I committed to it and I was confused upon arrival since the listing didn't give any indication that it wasn't a separate house. Other than that one issue, our stay was quite pleseant."
